I purchased an electronic item from HPRC that doesn't work. Can I return the item?In the case of a defective cartridge, disposable, pod, battery, or other manufactured electronic cannabis item that is purchased from HPRC's storefront, we are able to process a return for store credit totaling to the amount of the defective items total during time of purchase, only if: The patient obtains official correspondence from the manufacturer acknowledging the defective nature of the item they produced. HPRC-Manufactured products may obtain official correspondence upon presentation of defective item to a store manager in person. All elements of the original packaging are returned with the item Note: Store credit cannot be held and must be used on day of return; No money shall be reimbursed if the totality of the credit is not used.

How do I contact the manufacturer of a defective item in order to process my return?All out of house electronic cannabis items such as cartridges, pods, batteries, and disposable pens are manufactured by their respective retailers and most have included preferred forms of company contact on the items original packaging. Most commonly, patients contact the brand through Instagram DMs to the official company account or by an email found on the respective company's website.

Does HPRC accept returns or allow for product exchanges?HPRC does not accept returns or product exchanges for any* product. All sales are final at time of purchase and appropriate signage is placed in the store and by each register in plain view. *Defective electronic items that are purchased from HPRC may be returned and exchanged with all items of the original packaging once the patient contacts the manufacturer of the defective product and obtains official correspondence that dictates the manufacturers acknowledgement of the defective product and that they are attempting to return the item to HPRC due to its defective nature.

What forms of payment are currently accepted?At present, HPRC accepts only cash payments in U.S. dollar bills of any denomination; coins are not accepted. HPRC is a private business and complies with Section 31 U.S.C. 5103 regarding regulations on legal tender.

Does HPRC offer delivery?Currently HPRC does not offer delivery. We operate exclusively in person at our storefront, located at 10736 Sepulveda Blvd., Mission Hills, CA 91345.

Does HPRC accept both medical and recreational patients?HPRC can accept both medical and recreational patients who posses the proper legal documents as required by the California Department of Cannabis Control. Medical Patient 18+: Must posses a valid, United States Government-Issued form of Identification with a photo, such as a valid State Drivers License or State ID card, in addition to a valid California-Issued Medical recommendation from an approved Doctor to the patient. Recreational Patient 21+: Must posses a valid, United States Government-Issued form of identification with a photo, such as a valid State Drivers License or State ID card; A valid passport booklet issued from a citizens respective country may be used to satisfy the ID requirement for non-citizen recreational patients. What are your hours of operation?HPRC is open Monday through Saturday at 9am until 9:55pm; On Sunday we open up one hour later at 10am and remain open until 9:55pm. Note: The California Department of Cannabis Control mandates that no cannabis sales be made after 10pm barring no exceptions. For this reason, we close our doors at 9:55pm sharp and will not open them back up until the next business day. Please be sure to be at the front desk before 9:55pm to check in or you will not be allowed inside until we resume operations the following business day.
