For over 20 years HPRC has been an integral part of The San Fernando Valley's cannabis community, remaining a principal destination for both casual consumers and connoisseurs alike.
First opening its doors for medicinal use in 2006 after the passage of CA state assembly bill 420 (SB 420) in 2003, and then finally to recreational use patients in 2016 with the establishment of Prop 64 that legalized recreational cannabis use and sale in the state of California for those 21 and over, The storefront boasts old-school dispensary vibes, retaining the original charm that had put HPRC on the map in the first place.
